The following parameters are managed by the control switchboard:
• temperature
• pressure
• humidity
• timing
• electrical consumption
The board is equipped with a touch screen on which the following can be displayed or set:
• the reference parameters
• the effective values of all the pressures, temperatures and humidity
• the alarm signals
• visual repetition of any anomalies on the outside of the refrigerator
• resetting of alarms
• debugging of anomalies
The various probes with which the machine is equipped come into the control switchboard and inform it about:
• temperature of the product to be refrigerated
• temperature and humidity of the external air
• temperature of the returning gas of the compressor
• aspiration and compression pressures
• temperature and humidity of the refrigerated air
• air output in the silos or yards
The machine is programmed to memorise and process this information and then to gradually assess the best operational modes from both technical and economic perspective: optimisation of timing, operational modes and electrical consumption.
